• Regan is an IT expert, with Computing and Multimedia education background, and solid work experiences in security system design and technical solutions in Hong Kong and Cambodia.

• He has taken part in consulting and designing the security systems for the Chairman’s houses of Henderson Land Limited (HKE00012), and anti-eavesdropping measures for the International 5-star Hotel in Hong Kong.

• He has also worked in various projects in Cambodia, specialized in customized security and parking solutions.
